This adjustment is set to take effect from November 18, 2024, and will remain in place until December 31, 2024. Following this period, the rates will revert to their original charges starting January 2, 2025.

This temporary reduction in ERP rates is aimed at easing traffic congestion during the school holiday period, which typically sees an increase in road usage as families travel for leisure and activities. The LTA’s initiative reflects an ongoing effort to manage traffic flow effectively while accommodating the needs of the public.

As the holiday season approaches, commuters are encouraged to plan their journeys accordingly and take advantage of the reduced rates during this period. The LTA will continue to monitor traffic conditions and make adjustments as necessary to ensure a smooth travel experience for all road users.

For further updates and information, residents can follow the LTA’s official channels.
