A video emerged online showing a Subaru Forester beating a red light at a traffic crossing as pedestrians were crossing.

One of the pedestrians was seen rooted to the spot as he watched the car drive past him, seemingly bewildered at the blatant law-breaking.
The incident happened on 9 January at about 11.49pm, at Yishun Ring Road.

Drivers found guilty of failing to conform to traffic light signals face a composition fine of $400 for light vehicles and $500 for heavy vehicles.
