A video emerged online showing an errant driver making a right turn at a road junction.

The MPV then cut into the other lane while making the turn, before stopping his vehicle dangerously in the middle of the junction, allegedly because he wasn’t happy with the camcar so he stopped to stare at the driver.
The driver also didn’t turn on his headlights and was using his foglights instead, which constitutes yet another offence.
The incident happened at the TPE junction at Punggol Road.
