A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall which shows a escooter rider running away from the police.

The rider could be seen riding his escooter at a high speed on the pedestrian walkway along the road and the police could be seen running after him on foot.
It is currently unknown on the reason for his actions.
