A Singapore Uncensored reader recently received a whatsapp msg from an individual who was believed to be a loanshark.

What made the reader confused was that instead of the normal loansharking advertisement, he actually received information on a debtor that defaulted on a loan. And he even sent out a warning to the public to not lend this certain individual money.
One may wonder, how nice this loanshark is to give such good advice.
