EVIL BOSS ABUSE POWER AND BULLY EMPLOYEES

He has been working in the fishery port for a certain company for months now.

Work is hard inside the company for him as the boss does not care about his employee’s welfare. All he cares about is how to grow his business disregarding how tired is his employees. Being tired for this case means working more than 16 hours a day and disregarding all MOM rules.

He told his employees that it is a rule that they work 18 hours a day. It is told that those who do not work 18 hours a day will get their salary deducted.

Recently, our Uncensored viewer was asked to work for an additional Saturday night for an extra 12hours not counting in his Monday-Friday and half-day Saturday morning hours. In addition to that, he will be getting a pay cut of a high few hundred dollars from his already low salary pay. Using an excuse of “company not earning money” when all employees know that the company is making money tons of money but it is not submitted to IRAS. In another words, not declared. (BLACK MONEY)
