The two evil tenants from Hong Kong terrorized Ms Liang for years till she had to be warded for a heart attack. But there is some good news though, the two students from Hong Kong finally moved out of Ms Liang’s home.
When informed of the news, Ms Liang said that she was happy, and she was looking forward to returning to a peaceful home soon. Ms Liang’s son finally managed to forced the two students to leave the house through various legal means. The tenants from hell finally moved out of the house last Friday (29 May).
The lawyer who was representing Ms Liang’s son sent a letter of demand to the two individuals, demanding that they leave and vacate the premises on the 31 May and return the key.
In order to avoid further conflicts, Ms Liang’s son asked his lawyer to contact the tenants on his behalf, but they did not respond. The tenant then contacted the son directly to come to the home in an hour and she will return the key.
The son then proceed to the house with his lawyer, and found out that nobody was home and the door was locked. Both of them waited for an hour outside the house when the tenants returned. She informed them that the key is placed in an envelope and the envelope is in the house. She informed them to find the key themselves before leaving.
It was not stated on how the son managed to enter the locked flat, but he managed to find the key. The evil tenant intentionally hid the key in a bucket to make it difficult for anyone to find it. He then proceeded to inspect the rooms to ensure that everything was in order and they that have moved away for good. When he told his mum the good news, she finally smiled.
Ms Liang said that she was really happy and did not have to worry about living in her own home again. She said that she hopes to go home soon as she missed tending to her plants at her door.
Ms Liang is currently waiting for her second operation and she would need some time to recover before she can return home. We hope she gets well soon.
