Facebook user Aaron recently posted a story that happened to him many years ago after his ex-girlfriend broke his dog’s leg to gain more affection from him. His Ex-girlfriend even stated that he treated his dog better than her which led to her doing something this vicious.

Well, back in polytechnic I was dating this beautiful girl whom I had known for a while. I asked her out, things were awesome, and it felt like a fairy tale dream come true.
During that period, I used to have a dog as well. The best dog a kid could ask for. We had him for 8 years.
One day, I let my dog run out to play in my garden (I was staying in a terrace house and most of the time, my gate is latched not locked) but an hour later I found my dog with a broken leg so I assume it had done something stupid and broke its leg. I wrapped it up and took him to a vet nearby in Bedok and everything was fine after that.
Skip two years after this girl and I had broken up due to her getting psycho on me. She Facebooked messaged me randomly and we begin talking about how we were, where we are in life and blah blah blah. You know, just some basic catching up. My dog came up and she asked me how he was and I said he died a while back due to a disease.
Then she tells me something that I just couldn’t understand. She tells me she was the one who broke my dog’s leg on that faithful day. I was in a NBCB WTF!? state so naturally I asked why.
Her reply: “Because you showed him more affection than you ever showed me! I know it sounds stupid but I thought it wasn’t fair that you loved him more than me so I thought I could show you how fragile he can be.”
She was apologizing profusely. I just sent her a reply “f**k off”, deleted her as a friend and blocked her, and thanked every god out there for not having her tell me this face-to-face as I would have probably gone to jail for giving her a punch in the face.
