A 36-year-old man was sentenced to four years, nine months, and one week’s jail after he s*xually assaulted mentally ill patients under his care. For committing such offenses and abusing his position, he will be jailed and given 10 strokes of the can.
He molested and videoed his patients while they were naked. His other victims included his ex-colleagues and a pregnant woman who applied for a photoshoot model advertisement that he posted.
The man was caught this year in March after he was caught red-handed taking an upskirt video of her on an MRT escalator. Police found videos of IMH staff and members of the public after they seized his phone and the videos consisted of victims getting molested by him and videos of IMH nurses changing.
It was believed that he had filmed nine female patients in total. He even molested a victim who was restrained to a bed and he even filmed himself molesting her.
He pleaded to all charges.
