Today I arrived home from work but was shocked to find my overseas parcel from Japan lying outside my house unit main gate. OMG how can singpost do this to me.

There was no call from them informing me about my parcel arrival, even though no one was at home. Instead of issuing a notice slip for me to collect at the post office the next working day, they just happily dump my parcel at my doorstep.
What if the parcel was stolen during my absence? Who is going to bear for my loss! Singpost, please educate yr staff not to do this again. You are delivering to a public HDB estate, how can you just leave the parcel on the public corridor. Please have a sense of responsibility towards yr customers.
