This time a man recorded a Tiktok video and alleged that the label on the fish which included the packaging was still underweight.

The label stated that the slice of fish is 296 grams, but the scale in NTUC only shows it to be 176 grams. Which is about 120 grams less than stated on the label.

The video has gone viral on Tiktok and viewed over 5,000 times on Facebook.

Facebook user posted the video on Facebook and said:

We all can understand sometimes staff prints/pastes wrong label. But this isn’t the first? The “apology” or rather statement by “ntuc FAIRprice” on the chicken saga- was bad. Really poor. Is it only in Singapore customers are always wrong? I would encourage people to confirm and check the weight of products purchased.

The video also included text stating “NTUC AMK 7 FEB 2022”.
