FAKE SINGPOST STEALING CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA LINK INSIDE EMAIL

A netizens received a fake email from Singpost, prompting the receiver to make a $2.99 payment.

The link will lead netizens to enter their credit card information, expiry and 3 digit code.

Here is what the netizen said:

Hi! After receive this email please do not enter your credit card and make payment $2.99 this is a scam which I did not purchase anything at all. – Just to share awareness ‘the new tactic of asking you to pay for’ ” no customs duty paid – Your package could not be delivered on 2.5.22″
