An elderly man who was worried that a car would hit him, knocked on the trunk of a car to remind the driver. He then got into a dispute with the owner of the car. The elderly man then called his son and both of them joined forces to beat up the driver.

The incident happened at a carpark at 120 Teck Whye Road on December 21st last year. Chen Liangshan and son Chen Baoliang were both fined $1,200 for ganging up to beat the driver.
The driver Huang Chen Yi was also charged in court and his case will be heard separately.
