Hi everyone, would like to get some help on what I can do. In 2018, My father was at the ATM transferring money but after he transferred, he forgot to end the transaction and he left his card in the POSB machine.
Afterwards, someone after him withdrawn money from his account and when my father realised it and then back to the machine, it was too late. He then went to make a police report immediately.
As of today, there’s still no updates on the culprit and he still hasn’t recovered his money after much effort such as finding our MP for help.
Does anyone have any idea of what we can do? My father just wants to have closure on this case despite knowing the money may never be recovered as it is his own fault for leaving his card in the machine haha. Thank you in advance!
