I (F35) work as a team lead for a software developer, ive got 5 staff members total, one of which is super important because he is talented and smart beyond anything.
He’s basically worth the same as the other 4 combined.
He recently told me that he was thinking about switching jobs because other ones pay much more (which is true).
But he also added that he also doesn’t really want to change jobs because he’s very introverted and prefers to keep working with people he already knows and asked me if it was possible if i could simply give him an appropiate raise.
I could (and did give) him a raise, but unfortunately only a small one that’s basically no real raise at all because the budget i got for that is very limited.
I remembered that once during our regular after-work events when he was drunk, he confided to me that he has no friends to speak of, no real family and that he basically thinks of us as such, that he had never been kissed or more by a girl before and that he thinks of me as the mum of the department (which i guess is because i happen to have a bit of that attitude in me).
So i made use of that knowledge and decided to give him a raise in a different way. I told him to close his eyes. I sat myself on his lap, put his hands on my waist, gave him a passionate kiss and told him this is what a woman tastes like. And that, if he keeps working in our team, he can have even more than that.
A few days later, when he told me he decided not to quit, i made true on the promise and let him lose his virginity with me.
Since then, ive been available for him on a regular enough basis and ive been emotionally more available for him as well because honestly his confession that he thought of me as a bit of a mommy figure kinda triggered some caring instincts in me as well.
