A video emerged online showing a Ferrari 458 with heavily tinted windows and very loud exhaust.

The ferrari was purportedly being driven around daily, albeit with an expired road tax.
The car’s road tax had reportedly been expired since April this year.
The video was taken yesterday (5 August) at Block 308, Anchorvale carpark Level 5B.
