A 10-second video is currently circulating online on Whatsapp and Facebook, the video shows two men getting into a brawl. Before the video recording started, one of the men was already seen badly injured.

The incident took place in Serangoon Central. The older uncle looks badly hurt. It is unclear what triggered the fight.
The man that was already injured taunted the other man and said “I wanna touch you, what are you going to do about it?”
But the man that taunted the other got smashed real bad.

In Singapore, where two or more people are fighting in the public and disturbing the peace, they can be charged for affray. The offense carries a punishment of jail of up to 1 year and/or fine of $5,000.
