Yesterday, SCDF was on the scene when a fire broke out at I12 KATONG MALL. The videos show a crowd gathered on the scene.

Fire fighting vehicles were on the scene but no visible fire was seen. Only smoke and burning smell.
It is believed that the fire broke out on the first floor of the mall. For those that do not know where is this mall, it is actually located along East Coast Road.

According to the SCDF facebook page, the fire was from a storeroom of a unit and fire has been extinguished.
