A fire broke out at 4007 Depot Lane on 11 May at about 10.15am, and the SCDF released a statement on Facebook regarding the fire.

At about 10.15am today (10 May), SCDF responded to a fire at the above-mentioned location.
Upon arrival, SCDF emergency responders found the fire raging in an industrial unit.
SCDF initially deployed two water jets as protective curtains to prevent the fire from spreading to the adjacent units. The fire was subsequently extinguished using two foam jets and one water jet.

About 20 people from the affected premises self-evacuated before SCDF’s arrival.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
