A video was recently uploaded to sgfollowsall Instagram group showing thick smoke emerging from a HDB unit.

It was reported the incident happened earlier today (19 Dec 2020) at Block 19 Punggol Field walk. The Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF) were alerted to the incident at around 11.25 am.
All 6 occupants were recused by the SCDF and 100 residents were evacuated. However, 5 of them were conveyed to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
