The man claimed that there was an explosion on the 3rd floor of the building. There was at least 3 SCDF fire engines on the scene and a red rhino.
Onlookers at level 1 were spotted pointing up the building.
It is unclear when this incident happened, The video was uploaded yesterday evening (29 Jan).
