The Singapore Police Force said in a news release that four men and a woman were arrested on Tuesday for their suspected involvement in a fight on National Day.

The incident happened along Hougang Avenue 8 at a coffeeshop.
The police said that they were alerted to the fracas on August 9 and established the identities of the suspects, arresting them on August 11.
The police said that preliminary investigations showed that the patrons had a prior dispute at the coffeeshop which led to the fight.
At the time of writing, investigations are still ongoing.

If convicted of affray, the suspects can be jailed up to one year, fined up to S$5,000, or both.
