Ceca is just another breed
They are seriously a different type of species. This female ceca ordered food to be delivered at 6.30pm. I attempted to gain access to her unit at 6.15pm but no response so called her and was told no one home. So i asked where would you like me to put the food and she said she’s not accepting it cos the food will go bad. Wah my mind went blank at her reply. What, she expect restaurant to prepare her food at 6.25pm then rider fly over and reach at 6.30pm so it will be piping hot?
I lazy to entertain this kind really so said i will check with customer service. This lalamove cs also one kind, their human cs take forever to get back and after spamming the “live chat” it was already 6.30pm.
Called again but no reply but there was a service lift so i took that up, knocked multiple times and rang the door bell, no response. I then hang the door by the door, took a picture as proof of delivery then left.
My job as a delivery rider – deliver your order at the said time and exact location. Done.
Few days later, lalamove cs called to say the bloody ceca didnt receive her order so they will be deducting the ORDER AMOUNT from my account. I asked what kind of investigation was made and they just replied ceca said she didnt receive and i was supposed to contact CS and not put the food at their place. Well if your cs actually works and replied to me it wouldnt be a problem wouldnt it? So its a matter of ceca’s words against my proof of delivery in the form of a picture and probably GPS tracking stating i was at that location but nope, word of mouth wins according to lalamove. I probably need to babysit the food till midnight if thats the time they’re coming back home.
I then proceeded to delete that stupid account and will never work for them again.
So, if you wana play punk, you can just order a huge feast for your family and whole neighbourhood, pretend you’re not home when delivery guy comes then just call up lalamove and say you didnt receive the order so you get full refund and free meal!
