A dramatic accident unfolded in Eunos, Singapore, on June 20, when a 37-year-old food delivery rider crashed his illegally modified Power-Assisted Bicycle (PAB) and fell headfirst into a drain. The incident occurred near Block 115 Eunos Avenue 3 at approximately 3:15 pm.
