FOODPANDA RIDER CANCELLED CUSTOMER’S ORDER BECAUSE HIS PMA TOO BIG FOR CORRIDOR

A netizen on Facebook shared that his Foodpanda delivery order was allegedly cancelled and he couldn’t get his money back because it was non-refundable.

He said that his order was cancelled because the food delivery rider allegedly couldn’t fit his PMA into his unit’s corridor, and that he allegedly stayed put at the lift landing without calling or texting him.

The OP said that he then went out to find the rider to take his food himself, but the rider insisted that his order was cancelled and reversed his PMA back into the lift with the netizen’s food.

Here is what he said

F-g dog. He cancelled the order because his f-g ferrari is too big for my house corridor. So he stayed put at the lift landing. But no calls or msg from him at all.

So i got a notification saying my order was cancelled and It WAS NON REFUNDABLE. So i open the door and happened to see this f-g dog at the lift landing.

So i wore my shirt and went to him to wanna take my subway. And he told me it was cancelled.

I asked him why but he just ask me to go back and then reverse his f-g ferrari back to the lift. I was loss for words.

My paid food went off right in front of my eye. So i open the app again and i was told i gave the wrong address. But, i indeed gave the RIGHT ADDRESS and UNIT NUMBER.

He said it was the wrong address because his ferrari is too big for the corridor i guess. And also he wanna eat my subway. any rider in tiong bahru knows this f-g dog???
