She apparently faced problems with her “vouchers” and sought help from the customer support, who riddled her brain with the following mysterious message for her to decipher.

Unsurprisingly, she “catch no ball” and requested for the support agent to speak English to her instead of using the mind-boggling language that we assume he made up and invented during his toilet break.
