He complains that “this is going to be a huge burden for anyone”, and tells everyone to “negotiate to the core and be strong in it to lower this massive hike”.
Many members of the group responded with negative sentiments towards Singaporeans with a comment stating that “people are greedy” and “exploitation by the privileged”
As of Feb 24, the group has 115,000 members.

In 2021, the rental fees for both HDBs and private apartments have increased by over 10 per cent, with condos increasing the most by 11.4%.
