A video emerged online showing a couple of construction workers fighting at a construction site at Bukit Batok.
The two were seen wrestling and struggling with each other as they grappled over a metal pipe between them.
The man in white was seen slapping the other man in the face, who then retaliated by kicking out at his opponent.
The man in black then used the pipe to push the other man, who then responded by slapping him in the face repeatedly.

According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
