Chock Soon Seng, 43-years-old, pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual penetration involving underaged boys.
Fourteen other charges will be taken into consideration during sentencing.
Chock’s first victim is a 15-year-old boy, who posted on ad on Locanto, looking for women.
Chock responded to his ad but the boy said that he was not homosexual, but Chock persuaded him to “experiment”, explaining to the boy that it was normal for straight men to perform sexual acts on one another.
The court heard that Chock made no attempt to verify the kid’s age, only offering to pay him for the acts.
Chock then went to the teen’s home on 23 A[ril 2018 and they performed oral sex on each other, before meeting again at the boy’s home for mutual sexual acts on 11 May 2018.
Chock’s second victim was a 13-year-old boy that he met through the gay dating app Grindr in 2018.
The boy told him that he was in Primary 6.
Chock met the boy at a staircase landing of a multi-storey carpark on 15 April 2018 and they performed oral sex on each other.
The Primary 6 boy’s mother then discovered sex-related conversations on his mobile phone in June 2019, and she then alerted the police, who then arrested Chock.
Not his first offence
In 2010, Chock was sentenced to 10 months jail for persuading two 13-year-old boys to let him watch them perform a sexual act.
And then in 2014, Chock was again sentenced to 3 years jail for multiple offences that include sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy and threatening to post the boy’s naked pictures online.
Chock will be sentenced for his latest crimes on 9 April 2021.
