A video was uploaded online after a funeral proceeding was seen with at least 100 people. It is unclear when it happened but the video was uploaded yesterday (Jan 11) and has gathered over several thousand views on TikTok.
The man who recorded the video said that they are from gang “24 louguan”. From 12 to 14 seconds of the video, a group of men could be heard shouting.

The man also said that the funeral happened at racecourse/west coast (The man did not pronounce properly) road blk 681 and said “Wah no govt ah”
Potential Penalties
First-time offenders who breach safe distancing measures are fined $300.
For non-compliance with safe management measures under the COVID-19 offenders may be jailed for up to six months, fined up to S$10,000, or both.
If they are caught by the Police for not wearing a mask or not wearing a mask properly they can be charged under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020.

Anyone found guilty of being a member of an unlawful society under section 14(3) of the Societies Act faces a fine of not more than $5,000, a sentence of not more than three years in jail, or both.
