The staff aren’t the most polite, it’s only a loan but expect them to treat you like a criminal. They aren’t outright rude but mocking and prying. Payday is monthly for everyone, therefore, it makes no logical sense for weekly repayment, how does that work? It’s all about them making money in the end and for the borrower to feel anxiety as each repayment week approaches.People need a loan for many reasons.
