The incident involved a car driver seen in a video ramming into a motorcyclist and forcing him to the side of the road, before confronting him by the roadside, according to a video shared by SG Road Vigilante.

A Clash of Vehicles and Tempers

The incident began when the car, identified as a white Honda Shuttle, nearly collided with the motorcyclist as it turned from a side road onto Pasir Panjang Road. This initial near-miss set the stage for a series of alarming events that followed.

Escalation on the Road

As the motorcyclist continued down Pasir Panjang Road, he expressed his irritation by gesturing towards the car with his left arm and voicing his frustration.

This seemingly innocuous reaction triggered a swift escalation as the Honda Shuttle accelerated, tailing the motorcyclist closely in an apparent bid to catch up.

In an alarming turn of events, the car driver repeatedly rammed into the motorcyclist from the right, forcing him into the left-most lane.

Confrontation at the Roadside

Having successfully “pushing” the motorcyclist stop at the side of the road, the car driver emerged from his vehicle, visibly agitated and confrontational.

The situation escalated further as the driver used explicit language to address the motorcyclist. Physical contact between the two individuals might have occurred, suggested by the motorcyclist’s head movement and the camera shake.

Lingering Tensions and the Exchange of Words

As the confrontation unfolded, the car driver directed a question at the motorcyclist in Mandarin, insinuating that he might be a troublemaker.

He asked the motorcyclist “you paikia is it?” before asking the rider to get off his bike. The tension escalated as the motorcyclist said that he was going to call the police, to which the driver then challenged him to call the police now.
