Van driver of GBD8623E, I have just alighted from the silver taxi. The road was clear when the taxi alighted me, then the van appeared and intentionally blocked the path of the taxi. Van intentionally moved right forward and did not allow to give way to the taxi.
The van driver refused and kept moving forward, trying to intimidate the taxi driver. The van driver subsequently punched the taxi’s side mirror.
The van driver was abusive and hurled vulgarities at the taxi driver.
