
The Singapore Police Force (SPF) had acted swiftly on a report on a man that had acted aggressively by rearing his vehicle on another after a dispute, endangering others and was arrested within a day of the report.
The man had acted in a dangerous manner when he had deliberately rammed the rear of his vehicle, not once, but twice onto a vehicle that is belived to be owned by an individual who had a dispute with him.
The suspect is 55 years of age and during his arrest, he was suspected to be intoxicated during the offence and had suspected drug related instruments in his vehicle.
The man will be charged in court tomorrow.
If found guilty, he faces up to 6 months jail, fined up to $2500 or both for reckless driving.
If he were also to be charged for drunk driving, he could be sentenced up to 12 months imprisonment, fined between $2000 to $10,000 or both and his licensed revoked.
