A Singaporean girl recently posted on Facebook about her experience with her abusive boyfriend. She stated on how he would punch and slap her. At one time after a quarrel, he even threaten to beat her parents up.

I have a very toxic bf.. a brief intro of him: he is very smart has very high IQ n hold high rank in office at work everyone thinks highly of him.. but in private life he actually has intermittent explosive disorder due to childhood abuse.. tgt with him 6yrs n I suffered many scolding n beatings whenever he is stressed or something trigger him such as last time I msg n met my male colleague without telling him he take it as betrayal n he think I treat my ex bf better than him all these is crazy trigger point so whenever I make any small mistake or avoid ans his ques because he bring up all these say I lie n all to him he will slap me or beat me till bruises.. n whenever he threaten to breakup he will want me to beg or plead him if not things will get worse he will drive down to my house n threaten me n once he punch me in stomach because he ask me to use something I say I used le but I actually didn’t so he said I lied again trigger his craziness again..when he is normal he is nice will drive u to work n all n protect u when go out etc..
there was once we went overseas n I got beaten up so badly because I forgot to checkin 2 days before n we might have to sit separately on plane n he went bonkers thinking that a guy might be sitting beside me n he beat me n use pillow to suffocate me.. when I back in spore I really wanted to go to police.. now covid period he is super crazy we cannot eat out at all n have to eat at car n he will sanitize like mad n if I didn’t do so he will scold like crazy.. n this time we quarrel abit over a meal to eat n he pinch me is hard till bruise again..
honestly I cannot take n he threw my ring off m said breakup I was relieved but he went bonkers again when I agreed to it n he drove down to my house tonight n say if I don’t come down he will go up to my house n beat my parents.. so I went down meet him n he say because I nv plead him or went to find him so it unleashed e demon in him n of cos he slap me.. I cannot tell anyone abt this how? If I tell my parents he is really capable of killing my family he even told me ways how he will make it like it’s an accident.. he is really smart kind.. what can I do? I really want to leave this rs but he don’t let me do so, if I were to call police it won’t help too cos we r not marriage related or what..
