“I’m really wondering, are guys allowed to “hit back”?
So I admit I hit my boyfriend a lot. I’ve had some anger issues before and I just need to vent, and my boyfriend also does things that annoy me sometimes like talking a lot and playing games.
But girls are allowed to hit guys and I think guys have no problems with it.
Besides, usually it’s not like serious injuries happen, nothing a guy can’t handle.
But recently we were walking to my house and he was complaining about his job which he clearly knows will annoy me, so I slapped him.
I admit it was quite hard, but then he did something that shocked me.
He shoved me away really hard, and because I was not expecting it I stumbled and fell. And not only did he not apologize and help me up, he actually scolded me on the spot, and then he left.
We have not contacted for a few days, and I’m wondering if this is a red flag for me?
If a guy “hits back”, will he be violent in a relationship?“
Naturally, netizens were siding with the boyfriend and calling her out for abusing her boyfriend and being the one with the “red flag”.
