GIRL CYCLIST ON HIGHWAY, LIKE HER GRANDFATHER ROAD

On 20/01/2021, a cyclist was caught cycling on PIE entering CTE (Ang Mo Kio).

This has caught the attention of drivers in the area.

Cycling on the highway is an offence but there are still cases like this.
