My friend and I were playing competitive Tinder. First one to date a guy and seduce him into buying some big ticket jewellery item wins. But now I have 3 problems.
1. I actually have a boyfriend
2. I’m starting to fall for the new guy and don’t rly care about the #challenge
3. I told the new guy that I have a boyfriend but he seems okay with it and okay to see me but after our initial argument about it, promising to spend less time with each other etc., we actly ended up spending more time with each other?
I feel like it’s gna end badly for all of us. I know I should be giving more attention to my boyfriend but he doesn’t receive it well and I know I should be giving less attention to the new guy but I can’t stand the thought of parting with him.
In so many respects, my boyfriend is more handsome, richer, fitter, better in bed than new guy. But new guy wins my heart because he listens and understands and cares about me. I think the keyword is that I feel more understood as a person by new guy than by my boyfriend, not so much bc of what they have but who they are as people, different life experiences etc.
It’s completely contrary to how I thought things would go.
I guess my advice for guys out there is… girls want you to give in to them and know and feel that you care about them.
Don’t scold her all the time or keep trying to one-up her or you’ll end up making your girl feel like me with my boyfriend. No matter how rich, fit, handsome you are… It just gets tiring to be with you. You’ll scold the love right out of her eyes with your sarcasm.
I know, I know… I should prolly leave my boyfriend at this point.
We’ll see. I’m not tryna be a bitch but I need proper TLC, ya feel?
