GIRL KNOCKED DOWN IN HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT, DRIVER ASK “OKAY NOT?” THEN FLEES SCENE

A 14-year-old girl was knocked down by a car along Tampines Street 32 when she was crossing the road.

The driver allegedly winded down his window and asked the girl if she was okay, before winding his window back up and driving away from the scene.

A netizen took to Facebook to appeal for witnesses of the hit-and-run accident, as well as to share the trauma that the girl has suffered.

She shared that the girl was in a state of shock and was not able to speak at the accident site.

She also sustained injuries to her legs and had difficulty walking, limping her way back home.

The driver of the vehicle, a black car, is described to be allegedly Chinese and around the age of 40 to 50.

A police report has been filed and the police are currently investigating.
