A netizen sahred how their friend ate at a coffeeshop and left behind a red packet with a huge sum of money inside at the coffeeshop.
She then went back and asked the next group of customers who sat at her table if they saw it, but they denied seeing the red packet.
The netizen then managed to secure CCTV footage showing them allegedly taking the red packet, and a police report has also been lodged.

Recently my friend went to eat at a coffeeshop in 631 Bedok Resevoir Road, and she accidentally left a red packet containing a big sum of money left to her by her father on the table and left after finishing her food.
Upon realising she had forgotten to keep that red packet, she went back immediately and asked the patrons who occupied that table after her if they had seen her red packet.
All of them denied knowledge about the red packet, but my friend managed to secure CCTV footage that proved that they pocketed it.
My friend would like ask around if anyone recognises any of these patrons in question.
A police report has been made, and they’re actively investigating now, but it would speed up the process if there’s a positive ID.
