GIRL REFUSED TO SIGN PRENUP AGREEMENT, IN THE END SUE HIM FOR MAINTENANCE

I looked over the prenuptial agreement, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. My fiancée, who I thought I knew so well, had refused to sign the agreement. She was adamant that she wanted protection only for her, and nothing for me.

It was a difficult situation, and one that had me feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed.

The prenup agreement was something my lawyer had insisted on, and while I had wanted to trust my fiancée, I had to think about my future. I had worked hard to accumulate assets and I wanted to make sure they were protected if anything happened.

We all know in Singapore there is only women’s charter no men charter.

I was also aware that marriage could be a risky business and wanted to ensure that I was protected in case of a divorce. I wanted to make sure that I was in a strong position, regardless of what happened.

My fiancée, however, seemed to think that the prenup was unnecessary. She argued that she had nothing to protect and that she loved me and didn’t want to worry about it. She said that she was in it for the long haul and that there was no need for a prenup.

I was torn. On one hand, I wanted to take her at her word and believe that she truly did love me and wanted to be with me for the long haul. On the other hand, I knew that it was important to protect myself financially. I was worried that if anything did happen, she would be able to walk away with my assets while I was left with nothing.

In the end, I decided to take a chance and trust that she really did love me. I agreed to her terms and we went ahead with the wedding without a prenup.

It’s been a few years now guess what, she wants to sue me for maintenance of some lifestyle bull.
