An unnamed seller on Carousell shared on Twitter an exchange she had with a pervert pretending to be an interested buyer of her skirt.
She tweeted: “this is carousell sir, not an onlyfans !!!!! i only realised the profile is one day old when i sent the first pic then 😑😑😑😑 (sic)”
She was trying to sell her denim mini skirt for S$2 when the pervert messaged her and asked for a photo of the skirt being “test-worn” by the seller under the pretext of wanting to see how short the skirt was.
He then asked her to take a photo of herself in the skirt bending over in front of the mirror, to which she told him to “go kill urself (sic)”.
She shared that she wasn’t aware that the account used by the buyer was newly created an only a day old, which is a strong sign that it is an account used with heinous intentions.
She then shared how another different user asking for photos from the back of the denim skirt being worn, detailing how there was a possibility that the different user is actually the same pervert posing as somebody else.
Carousell then promptly replied to her and told her that the said account of the pervert has been suspended.
