I’ve got a dilemma if I should break up with my long term bf.
we have plans to get married, bto together and we do see a future together. But we have a big problem.
We do not get along well with each other’s family, we are broke AF (we don’t even have 1k savings combined) and most importantly, we both have a huge monthly $$ commitment.
Honestly? I’m contemplating to break up with him because of how broke we are and also because I know we’ll continue being broke even after we’re married. I’ve been broke all my life, I don’t even expect much. I just want to live a comfortable life. But with our current finances, this is not possible. We can’t even afford to eat a good meal without having to eat grass for the rest of the month!
We don’t even get along well with each other’s family. I do love him but I really don’t know what to do as my future with him seems to be very bleak.
I want to break up with him but I’m being very selfish. I really don’t know what to do.
