Good Girl vs Rich GirlWhich one to choose?Peace Of Mind VS Financial Cheat Code

So here is the situation. My close friend (let’s call him Ah Huat, total single boy/BBFA since secondary school) came to me last night over supper and asked me a question that made me freeze my cup of Teh C Peng. Now he stuck in one huge crossroad and cannot make up his mind at all.

Option A: The Good Girl (Sweet, Low Maintenance)

This one is total wife material, standard “good girl”. She is super well-behaved, very sweet, and doesn’t demand luxury stuff. Every time go out, she is okay with hawker center meal, share one plate of Hokkien Mee also happy. Never ask for branded bags or expensive staycations. Respectful to parents, low maintenance, and always support Ah Huat in everything he does. But financially, her family background is just average, and she works a normal 9-to-5 job.

Option B: The Rich Girl (Chio, Loaded, but Damn Toxic)

This one her family background damn power. Father is high SES boss type, drive European car, got huge landed property. If Ah Huat marry her, instantly skip 30 years of hard work, can auto UP LOR. But the problem? She is super hard to handle. Very high-strung, always throwing tantrums, and treats people like her personal assistant. If Ah Huat don’t reply her text within 5 minutes, she will start screaming or do self-harm threats (FB like to ban this word, so you know what I mean). Basically total emotional roller coaster.

Now Ah Huat cannot decide. On one hand, Option A gives him peace of mind and genuine affection, but life will be humble grinding together. On the other hand, Option B gives him financial cheat code, but his mental health will definitely go down the drain.

What do you guys think? Should he choose peace of mind or choose the money bag and suffer? Share your thoughts leh!
