I was looking for my friend’s block at Choa Chu Kang on Google map and end up finding a photo of what appears to be a small girl sitting on the void deck.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed that it really resembles a girl.
I swear that this photo is not photoshop. You can go to Google maps and see on your own. Just search for the street view of CCK CENTRAL BLK 214.

It appears to be a girl with long hair, the eyes area are fully black like a corpse and the rest of the body is white.
After I told my friend that I saw this. She started avoiding the blk. This is scary.
