Facebook user Joyce Zhuang recently posted her frustration when her driver was forced to travel from town to Sembawang to fetch her for a $6 trip.

Here is the full story.
You send a driver to come from TOWN to sembawang to drive me somewhere near. Fee $6. Poor driver got to come 23km to pick me up.
I msg driver.
Driver say he call Grab hotline no answer. He kenna such orders more than twice already.

I try Help Centre in Grab app cannot see any contact also.
I cancelled order so that the driver doesn’t have to come 23km to send me somewhere nearby.
