
Facebook user Jones Ng recently posted on the Facebook page PHV Riders and Drivers after his Grab account was suspended.

He stated on how he used the Grab app mostly for rides and food service but his account was suspended without any warning.

The reason for suspension stated that it was due to abnormal activity.

He then said that due to the suspension, he lost all bonus points collected while using the Grab app and he even needed to open up another account with a different phone number.

Further checks with a Grab Customer Server Officer informed him that he was banned as excessive fare checking was detected on his account.
