A netizen shared how her 17-year-old daughter was on board a Grab ride and the driver allegedly forced her to pay $4 cash for cancellation, but the driver then marked the ride as completed.
The mother then added that the driver also allegedly threatened the girl and scolded her for being “stupid” and “troublesome”.
She also added that the driver dumped her at the side of the road near Ang Mo Kio Library and tried to argue and fight with her.

My daughter, aged 17. was taking this grab car, booking ID A-2DVK8SAGWHUP at Yio Chu Kang MRT station exitA.
The driver was someone named Lazaroo Jude Dominic.
He forced her to pass him $4 cash for the cancellation fee as he said he will cancel the ride but in the end, he put as completed destination.
He cheated her of the cash. I realised Grab did not pay her back even after I complained. He also verbally threatened her and scolded her for being stupid and troublesome.
He dumped her at the side of the road near Ang Mo Kio library and he also tried to argue and fight with her.
Grab did not solve her complaint and refund.
I tried to report online to the traffic police. So troublesome need fill-up the form 3 pages long some questions are unable to get answers. And loading was very slow. In the end I write in email.
