A PHV driver shared a story on Facebook about a recent trip he did while he was working Grab.
He had picked up a fellow PHV driver who was also doing Grab till he blacked out and got into trouble.
It was an unlucky and unfortunate incident and the Grab driver wants to remind fellow drivers to take care of themselves.

I just fetch a fellow PHV driver. He share with me his story, damn suay
He sudden blackout while driving, next moment he is in ambulance. His rental car tow by TP, he have damage other vehicle as well.
Rental company say his daily rental still run while car in TP compound until reach workshop. Rental company also want charge him Own Damage & Third Party excess $4200.
His Driving Licence hold by TP, they want to see doctor letter, certify he is Fit to Drive. So now he cant even drive PHV to pay off his family expenses & the excess $4200
Polyclinic refer him to CGH. CGH say his referral letter stated he got seizure in public, CGH say according to SOP, must monitor 1 year then can give medical clearance letter
Driver really sad, but what to do
We should never encourage Drivers to push 10+ hours driving … 1 small error will really mess up your life. The consequence is too serious.
