URGENTLY PLEADING for EYE WITNESSES & VIDEO FOOTAGES to assist in the fatal accident on a Monday morning ,14 Aug 2017 , Along TELOK BLANGAH ROAD (nearby BAY HOTEL) @ about 7am.
Our brother was half unconscious when the ambulance arrived at the scene.
The incident was involved with another Vietnam lady in black top, jeans & a pink cap, age around 25-30) & also a grabcar driver, SLH8906A (SEOW CHAW CHIM). We had tried contacting the grab driver who was involved at the scene, as we would like to know more on what & how exactly things happened, but he refused to contact us back for assistance neither is he willing to provide us with any info!!!!
Our brother is currently still in coma @ ICU. Greatly appreciated if you could provide any helpful informations which might be related.
